Found Wellness is an established skin and wellness clinic specialising in advanced skin treatments, laser and lymphatic care. We’re entering an exciting period of growth, with new advanced equipment and technology planned over the next 12 months, and we’re looking for an experienced therapist to grow with us and help lead our treatment team.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dermal Therapist or Senior Beauty Therapist to step into the role of Clinical Team Leader. This is a hands-on leadership position combining client treatments with responsibility for supporting our dermal and beauty therapists, maintaining treatment standards and helping develop the clinical side of the business.

Working closely with the clinic owner and clinic coordinator, you’ll play an important role in our team development and the introduction of new treatments and technology.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and support our dermal and beauty therapy team
- Maintain high standards across treatments and client care
- Support team training, development and competency
- Maintain treatment protocols and procedures
- Provide guidance with treatment planning and client concerns
- Assist with onboarding and training new team members
- Support the implementation of new treatments, equipment and technology
- Monitor clinical stock, supplies and treatment-room standards
- Communicate with management regarding team performance, training needs and opportunities for improvement




- Continue to perform treatments within your area of expertise
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive, professional team culture

What we're looking for

- Qualification in Beauty Therapy and/or Dermal Therapy
- Ideally 5+ years' industry experience
- Strong skin and treatment knowledge
- Experience with advanced skin treatments and/or laser highly regarded
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, accountable approach to your work
- High standards of client care, presentation and professionalism
- A genuine interest in team development, advanced technology and continuing education
