We are now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join us as a Clinical Trainer, supporting the delivery of practical, high-quality clinical education across our workforce.

About the Role

As a Clinical Trainer, you will play an important role in ensuring our nurses and support workers have the knowledge, practical skills and confidence to safely support clients with complex healthcare needs.

You could be working from our Stirling based office, in a client home or a local school delivering clinical education, practical skills training and competency assessments, while providing coaching and support to the workforce.





The role combines clinical expertise with hands-on education and is ideally suited to an RN who enjoys teaching others and seeing people develop their skills and confidence.

Specialist training areas including enteral feeding, bowel care, catheter management, medication administration, dysphagia, ventilation and tracheostomy care.

About You

You’re an experienced RN who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others become confident clinicians and care professionals.

You will bring

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with eligibility to practise in Australia
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, is desirable but not essential as long as you are willing to commence within 6 months.
- Demonstrable clinical experience as an RN, including experience supporting people with complex healthcare needs.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience delivering evidence-based nursing care.
- Experience in community, disability and/or home-based care is highly regarded.
- Confidence teaching, coaching and assessing the clinical skills of others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your training approach to different learning needs.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to independently manage your schedule and priorities.
- A cooperative, supportive approach and a genuine commitment to developing others.




- Current driver's licence and the ability to travel to community-based service locations.

You will also need to meet relevant screening and compliance requirements, including NDIS Worker Screening and a Working with Children Check. Why Join SN Services?
