Adesa Services is a well-established WA construction company with over 30 years of industry experience. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, we are looking for experienced Commercial Roof Plumbers and Team Leaders to join our growing team.

We have multiple positions available across Perth Metro and FIFO projects throughout Western Australia, with several new FIFO projects commencing in October and November.

We are particularly interested in experienced Roof Plumbers with robust leadership skills who are ready to step up into Team Leader or supervisory roles.

About the Role

Depending on the position and project, you may be working across Perth Metro or on FIFO projects throughout Western Australia. You will be working across a range of commercial, industrial and mine site projects, completing roofing and cladding works while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity.





With several new FIFO projects commencing in October and November, we are looking to expand our crews and have multiple opportunities available for experienced Commercial Roof Plumbers and Team Leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Install metal roofing and insulated panel roofing systems
- Install architectural cladding and insulated panel systems
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Fabricate and install flashings, cappings and rainwater goods
- Install, repair and maintain guttering, downpipes and drainage systems
- Work safely at heights and comply with WHS and site requirements
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and productivity
- Assist with on-site problem solving and project delivery
- Work effectively as part of a team across Metro and FIFO projects
- For Team Leaders – coordinate crews, assist with planning works and communicate with site and project management

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified and experienced Commercial Roof Plumbers
- Strong commercial roofing experience
- Construction White Card – essential
- Working at Heights – essential
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence – essential
- EWP highly regarded
- Previous FIFO experience advantageous




- Previous mine site experience advantageous
- Previous Rio Tinto experience/inductions highly advantageous for relevant FIFO projects
- Leadership experience or strong leadership skills for Team Leader opportunities
- Reliable, safety-focused and committed to producing quality work
