We are currently seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Communications Specialist to join a large organisation on an initial contract through to December 2026, with potential for extension or permanency. This is a creative and engaging role focused on developing communications and campaigns that bring health, safety and wellbeing initiatives to life across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver engaging internal communications across Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from concept development through to launch and engagement
- Create a range of content including articles, videos, surveys and internal platform content
- Develop communications plans and approaches for key campaigns and initiatives
- Work closely with Corporate Affairs, senior stakeholders and external agencies
- Translate sensitive and complex topics into explicit, accessible and engaging communications
- Drive awareness, engagement and participation across wellbeing programs and initiatives

Contract: Until December 2026, with potential to extend or become permanent Rate: $740 per day + super
