About the role

Colacrete is seeking experienced Concreters to join our growing team based in Perth. We deliver a wide range of residential concrete projects around the Perth metropolitan area and are looking for reliable concreters who take pride in producing quality work. This job is Perth based (not FIFO).

Key responsibilities

- Pour concrete, screed to levels provided, and understand pouring of concrete and staging of pours

- Finish concrete surfaces using appropriate techniques including troweling, broom finishing and edge work and finish concrete with trowel machine

- Operate concrete equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

- Construct and install formwork & steel for ground slabs, driveways, paths to level and of high quality standard laser level and understand concrete levels

- Work on residential concrete projects, including both decorative and structural concrete work

- Highly regarded candidate can lead a team on the ground to deliver ongoing quality work from start to finish

About you

- Minimum 2 years' concreting experience





- Permanent working rights

- Current driver's licence and reliable transport (LR/MR/HR license highly regarded)

- Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality workmanship

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is highly regarded

- Must have initiative, valuable work ethic, positive attitude, and be reliable

- Familiar with both decorative and structural concrete work process on residential builds
