/n Working close with the QLD Operations Manager, this role will primarily be responsible for the overall management of projects including the planning, coordination through to completion. /n THE ROLE /n /n

- Overall management of construction projects from initial setup through to completion

/n

- Ensure compliance with HSECQ requirements

/n

- Ensure effective cost control and efficient running of various projects

/n

- Coordinate direct labour and subcontractors

/n

- Project progress reporting and conducting weekly meetings

/n

- Provision of advice on any technical and engineering issues

/n

- Liaise closely with the client ensuring project runs to program /n
- Involvement with tendering/estimation

/n

- Raise RFI’s and track responses

/n /n ABOUT YOU /n /n

- Large-scale construction project experience

/n

- Commercial industry experienced desirable

/n

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar

/n

- Proven ability to positively influence, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships

/n

- Ability to self-manage own workload whilst ensuring a project efficiency and a positive team environment

/n

- Proven problem-solving capability with an approachable leadership style

/n

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines

/n

- Ability to influence and drive teams to deliver contribution to business objectives
