Contentful Developer – Fixed-Term Contract Help shape an enterprise-scale digital transformation project/n We're looking for a hands-on Contentful Developer to join an established technology team working on a major digital transformation initiative. /n You'll play an important role in designing, implementing and supporting a scalable headless CMS solution, working closely with developers, designers and content specialists to deliver a modern digital platform. /n Location: Fully Remote

Employment type: Fixed-term contract About the Role/n As a Contentful Developer, you'll be responsible for supporting the architecture and implementation of Contentful across an enterprise-scale environment. /n This is a hands-on role where you'll work across content modelling, integrations, APIs, automation and content migration, helping establish scalable and reusable content foundations. What You'll Do/n /n

- Design and implement Contentful content models, spaces and environments aligned with business requirements

/n

- Build and maintain integrations between Contentful and frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js and Vue, as well as backend services

/n

- Develop custom scripts for content type creation, migration and automation

/n

- Work with REST, GraphQL and Contentful APIs

/n

- Collaborate with content strategists, designers and engineers to create scalable content structures

/n

- Optimise content delivery and manage localisation and multi-locale configurations

/n

- Support the migration of legacy content into Contentful

/n

- Establish and maintain best practices around content governance, webhooks and CI/CD

/n

- Contribute to the ongoing architecture and technical direction of the headless CMS platform

/n What You'll Need/n /n





- 3–5+ years of commercial experience with Contentful or a similar headless CMS

/n

- Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills

/n

- Experience with up-to-date frontend frameworks

/n

- Hands-on experience with Contentful's:/n /n /n - Content Management API (CMA)

/n - Content Delivery API (CDA)

/n - GraphQL API

/n /n

- Strong understanding of content modelling, scalability and reusability

/n

- Understanding of API-first and headless architecture principles

/n

- Experience working in production environments with enterprise-scale applications

/n Nice to Have/n /n

- Experience with Contentful Merge

/n

- Experience with the Contentful App Framework / Apps SDK

/n

- Experience with Contentful migration tooling

/n

- Previous involvement in digital transformation, replatforming or CMS migration projects

/n

- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD workflows

/n

- Experience working with localisation and multi-region content platforms
