All Aged Care Ltd is a not-for-profit provider delivering personalised, in-home aged care services across Brisbane and South-East Queensland. We support older Australians to live independently and with dignity through culturally inclusive, person-centred care.

As part of ongoing aged care reforms, service growth and increasing contractual requirements across our programs, we are seeking an experienced and organised Contract Administrator to join our team at our Spring Hill office.

The role will be responsible for the preparation, interpretation, review, administration and ongoing management of contracts and agreements across the organisation, including third-party provider and brokerage agreements, supplier contracts, employment agreements and other operational arrangements. The successful candidate will work closely with management, service delivery teams, clients and families, external service providers, contractors and suppliers to ensure agreements are properly documented, contractual requirements are understood and changes, renewals and variations are managed accurately and on time.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident communicating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Prepare, review and maintain third-party provider agreements, brokerage arrangements, supplier contracts, employment agreements and other operational agreements used across All Aged Care.
- Develop and coordinate new agreements, renewals, extensions, amendments, variations and terminations, and contribute to negotiation of contractual terms and variations with relevant internal and external parties.
- Maintain central contract registers and monitoring systems,



including contract commencement and expiry dates, renewal requirements, variations, pricing schedules and outstanding actions.
- Review and interpret contract terms and proposed variations to ensure consistency with organisational requirements, approved funding arrangements, service delivery requirements, policies and relevant legislation, and identify contractual, financial and operational risks for management consideration.
- Administer agreements with external service providers, contractors, allied health providers and brokered-care providers, including maintaining current rates, service arrangements, insurance information and other required supporting documentation.
- Maintain Review and administer variations to client service agreement documentation, including approved changes to services, pricing, schedules and other contractual terms.
- Liaise with clients, families, service providers and internal teams regarding agreements, variations, missing documentation and contractual requirements.
- Respond to contract-related enquiries from clients, providers, suppliers, contractors and internal staff, resolving routine matters and referring more complex issues to management where required.
- Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and agreed service arrangements, identify outstanding requirements,



variations or potential issues and follow up with relevant parties.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to clarify contractual responsibilities and support delivery of services in accordance with agreed terms.
- Prepare contract-related correspondence, reports, summaries and documentation for management, including information relating to renewals, variations, contractual obligations and outstanding matters.
- Collect and analyse information relating to contracts and contracted services to support monitoring of contract performance and management decision-making.
- Support management with review of Review provider and supplier arrangements, including comparison of contractual rates, services, conditions and operational requirements.
- Assist with preparation and administration of Review employment agreements and approved employment variations if required, ensuring documentation is properly prepared and maintained.
- Maintain accurate and complete electronic contract records, correspondence, variations and supporting documentation.
- Assist with improving Review and improve contract administration processes, templates, registers and internal systems to ensure contractual information is accurate, current and easily accessible.
- Work with management and relevant teams to identify contractual risks, incomplete documentation or areas requiring follow-up and assist with implementing approved actions.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in contract administration, contract management or a similar role

Pay: $82,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
