Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and talented cooks to join our team on a full-time, part-time or casual basis. If you have a passion for cooking Lebanese cuisine, and a drive for excellence, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Lebanese dishes in accordance with our menu and recipes.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Assist in menu planning, including the development of new dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to any specific dietary requests.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting; experience with Lebanese cuisine is preferred.
- Capacity to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are a plus.
