The Position:

Cook

We pride ourselves on the culinary creations served from our kitchen and are looking for an experienced and passionate cook to help support our team. The ideal candidate for this position has previous experience preparing Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. Responsibilities

- Seasoning, preparing and cooking all dishes.
- Portioning and presenting food items as per Lusso Tapas' standard procedures and garnishes.
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene at all times.
- Receiving,



storing and rotating all stock as per Lusso Tapas' procedures and HACCP standards and taking a systematic prevention approach to food safety by identifying potential hazards.
- Maintaining Workplace Health and Safety at all times.

What we offer:

· Annual Base Salary: AUD$80,000-$85,000 (38 hr/week)

· Plus Super, Allowance, Bonus.

· Secure and protected working environment.

Qualifications:

· Cert. III in Commercial Cookery

· Minimum 01 year of work experience.

. The Applicant should be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.

LOCATION:

We are located in Rouse Hill. There is a parking, and we are also accessible via bus and train.
