What your day could look like

As Coordinator Operational Services, you'll help ensure patients, visitors and staff experience safe, reliable and high-quality support services every day. From coordinating frontline operational activities to supporting team performance and service improvement, you'll play an important role in creating an environment where healthcare teams can deliver their best work.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

Leading and supporting operational service teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes across key support functions.

Building a positive team culture through coaching, communication and collaborative problem-solving.

Coordinating workforce resources, rostering and daily priorities to maintain efficient and responsive service delivery.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, safety and service standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

Experience leading or coordinating operational, hospitality, environmental or support service teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve issues effectively.

Sound organisational skills, including workforce coordination, rostering and service planning.

Confidence using workplace systems and applying safety, quality and compliance requirements.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have food safety supervision knowledge or qualifications and/or experience working in healthcare, rural or community-focused environments.
