About The Role

Reporting to the Directors, you will manage a portfolio of employer clients and supervise a small team of migration agents performing employer sponsored immigration assistance. The role will suit an experienced Registered Migration Agent expert in employer sponsored immigration law and policy. Key responsibilities will be:

- Supervise the work of a team of RMA’s
- Actively manage employer client relationships by providing timely, complete and accurate advice when requested
- Manage employer sponsorship matters, including labour agreements
- Provide technical knowledge leadership in employer sponsored immigration law and policy
- Support corporate clients with compliance requirements




- Conduct consultations and assessments providing accurate and complete advice regarding visa options

Qualifications and Requirements The successful candidate will have the following attributes :

- Must be a Registered Migration Agent expert in employer sponsored law and policy and employer sponsorship compliance
- Excellent professional English written and oral communication including ability to communicate with a wide range of clients including CEO’s/MD’s, General Managers, People Managers, HR advisors, Recruitment personnel and individual migrants from a variety of backgrounds.
- Excellent case management and organizational skills to manage deadlines and perform in a fast-paced role
- Diligent attention to detail, thorough and conscientious approach to all cases especially when under pressure
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity and strong customer service instincts
- Minimum 5 years’ post qualification experience managing employer sponsored cases full time
- Experience with Migration Manager preferred
