Bare Smiles Dental Boutique is a well-renowned, 5-star cosmetic-focused dental practice in Essendon, and we’re looking for an experienced, confident and personable Cosmetic Dentist to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional high-volume general dentistry role.

Our practice is heavily focused on cosmetic, restorative and smile-enhancement dentistry, and we refer externally for specialised treatments such as implants, endodontics/RCT and other complex specialist procedures.

This means your clinical focus can remain on the dentistry you enjoy most.

Your Clinical Focus

Your caseload will primarily include:

- Porcelain veneers
- Composite veneers and bonding
- Cosmetic smile makeovers
- Crowns
- Bridges
- Restorative and aesthetic dentistry
- Teeth whitening
- Icon White Spot Removal [We are known for providing excellent results here]
- Cosmetic consultations
- Comprehensive treatment planning
- Clear aligner cases where appropriate [OHTs trained to execute plan, commission can be provided for initial approval] - We use Innosmile & Smilers brands

You will not be expected to take on complex endodontics, implant surgery or other specialised procedures outside the focus of the practice. We refer for these procedures to our local network. We only treat adults - you will not be seeing any patients under 18 as we are mainly cosmetic focused. A Team Built Around Supporting You

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a dentist who genuinely enjoys cosmetic and restorative dentistry and takes pride in delivering beautiful, natural-looking results.

You’ll ideally be confident in areas such as:

- Veneers
- Composite bonding
- Crowns and bridges
- Aesthetic restorative dentistry
- Cosmetic treatment planning
- Patient communication and case presentation

You should be:
- AHPRA registered as a Dentist in Australia
- Clinically confident and detail-oriented
- Warm and personable with patients
- Ethical and conservative in your treatment philosophy
- Comfortable managing comprehensive cosmetic cases
- Professional, reliable and collaborative
- Motivated to continue developing your cosmetic portfolio

Experience in cosmetic dentistry is highly regarded.
