Introduction: We are seeking a dedicated, skilled and motivated CPAP Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team, working part time 30 hrs/week, likely to grow to a full time role on weekdays and Saturday. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sleep health and patient care, aiming to make a significant impact on the lives of those with sleep apnoea.

The Practice: Breathe Well is a respiratory and sleep practice offering respiratory and sleep services in Cleveland QLD, opposite the Mater Private Hospital Redland. The practice prides itself in offering expert, timely, individualized and multidisciplinary patient care with a focus on patient education, to enable patients to be actively involved in their health care decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Patient education on the proper use and maintenance of CPAP equipment and CPAP alterantives.
- Assess patient needs and customize education plans to ensure effective therapy compliance.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance for patients experiencing issues with their equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.




- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, progress, and educational materials.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in sleep therapy technologies and practices.
- Oversee and ensure the proper cleaning and sanitation of CPAP equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Assist in the selection and purchasing of CPAP equipment and supplies, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Regular stock control and inventory management.
- Maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience in CPAP therapy and patient education is desirable. Full training will be provided.
