We are seeking experienced Crane Operators and Dogman for a 3-month FIFO project at Telfer, supporting construction activities on a Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) Lift.
This is a great opportunity to secure a well-paid FIFO role with an immediate start.
What's on offer
- $55–$70 per hour weekly pay (depending on role and experience)
- 2:2 FIFO roster

Experience required
- Previous experience as a Crane Operator or Dogman on mining or construction projects
- Experience with lifting operations, rigging and dogging activities
- Ability to safely sling, direct and move loads in accordance with lift plans
- Experience working alongside mechanical and construction crews
- Robust commitment to safety and maintaining site housekeeping standards
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a mining construction environment
Highly regarded
- Previous FIFO experience
- Experience working on TSF, civil, mining or fixed plant construction projects
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Rigging (Basic or Intermediate)
Tickets & licences
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Current HRWL – Dogging (DG) or Crane Licence (CN/C0/C1/C2 as applicable)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Working at Heights (desirable)
- Confined Space (desirable)
- Rigging Ticket (RB/RI/RA) (desirable)
