/n Critical Care Registrar – Major Regional Health Service /n We are seeking Critical Care Registrars (PGY4+) to join a busy, well-resourced ICU team within a major regional trauma retrieval centre. /n /n The Role

/n You will work as part of a dedicated critical care team providing high-quality, patient-centred care across a 10-bed ICU/HDU service spread across two campuses. You’ll manage a diverse casemix of critically ill adult and occasional paediatric patients under the guidance of experienced ICU consultants. /n /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n

- Direct clinical management and consultation for ICU/HDU patients

/n

- Active participation in trauma and retrieval cases

/n

- Contributing to quality assurance and safety initiatives within the department

/n

- Supporting and mentoring junior doctors

/n

- Engaging in education and training opportunities to enhance your professional growth

- MBBS or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration (or eligibility)

/n

- PGY4+ with significant experience in critical care (ICU, ED, or anaesthesia)

/n





- Paediatric and adult clinical exposure preferred

/n

- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
