The Director

Led by a young, ambitious Director, this company runs a vibrant business that leverages technology through a newly designed app that brings everything together, and it is investing in itself to ensure the hardware and software work together to deliver architecturally exciting mid-rise commercial projects throughout the city.

The Master Plan The first is almost complete, and the second of four mid-rise residential projects is in structural construction, with the remaining two planned to start late this year; all will be completed over the next three years. The master planned community will be worth around $120M in total once completed in late 2029.

The Team

I've been fortunate to get to know and place the Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Project Coordinator on the two amazing projects over the past two years.

They are all young, ambitious, passionate, and excited to grow within the company over the next three years as they band together to complete this master plan.

I have now been tasked with finding a Project Coordinator to join the team on this second project and stay with them through all four projects.

The Professional

- You've got a Construction Management Degree or a Civil Engineering degree.
- You've got three to five years of experience in Australia with a Head Contractor or Developer.
- You have completed at least two projects as a Site Engineer or Project Coordinator valued at over $10M in the commercial construction sector,



not the civil infrastructure sector, within Australia.

The Personal

1. You want to get into the mid-rise residential game and become a specialist within it.
2. You want to become a Project Manager, but the end of your time engineering this master plan.
3. You want to be part of a young team that is passionate, ambitious and dedicated to the 2029 completion.

The Responsibilities

- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and design documentation
- Managing RFIs, shop drawings and design queries
- Assisting with procurement and subcontractor packages
- Reviewing and coordinating shop drawings
- Tracking program, materials and key construction milestones
- Monitoring quality and ensuring works comply with project documentation
- Assisting with inspections, defects and handover
- Supporting the Project Manager with cost control and forecasting
- Working with the Site Manager to resolve construction issues
- Ensuring design information is available when required on site
- Understands commercial construction processes
- Strong safety mindset and lead safety culture
