- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and ongoing support /n
- Partner with clients to optimise their digital marketing products and maximise campaign performance /n
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes /n
- Investigate and resolve client questions and technical issues using available systems and resources /n
- Provide clear, timely, and solution-focused support /n




- Handle objections and challenging conversations with professionalism and confidence /n
