About the Role
You’ll be on the ground learning and contributing from day one. This hands-on, fast-paced role gives you exposure to everything from helping customers on the floor to supporting warehouse operations and the internal sales.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Delivering GREAT service and support to new and existing customers, including handling enquiries, providing quotes, and offering informed product advice
Assisting with internal sales functions such as pricing, orders, contract management, and key account support
Collaborating with the external sales team to drive customer satisfaction and promote recent and complementary products
Supporting stock control and inventory management, including merchandising, store layout changes, price updates, and replenishment
Contributing to purchasing, account management,
and coordinating deliveries
Actively participating in branch sales meetings, sharing ideas, and showing leadership as you grow with the business
What We’re Looking For
A customer-focused individual who thrives on building relationships and delivering solutions
Someone with excellent time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat A Safety-First mentality, ensuring everyone goes home safely at the end of the day
Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels
Experience in hardware, retail, or industrial sectors is a bonus, but not essential
