If this sounds like you, we want you to join our Customer Service Team at Sime Motors. /n /n This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team in a fixed-term role covering a period of parental leave, supporting our aftersales operations and delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. /n The Role/n Reporting to the Service Customer Interactions Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and proactively contacting existing customers to secure service bookings. /n Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support the aftersales departments across Sime Motors by providing outstanding customer service in a proactive and informative manner while contributing to key business objectives.
