- Been able to meet our customer service standards and targets. We take our customer experience to the next level and it is reliable.

- Taking the initiative to identify and solve customer issues using the techniques we provide you in our training programs.
/n /n This is shift work which means you'll be required to work an eight hour shift you will be working on a rotational roster between 8 am and 12 am Monday to Sunday and public holidays.
/n We require all candidates to commit to working 37.5 hours per week full time hours. /n All benefits and entitlements e.g. sick days and leave will be in accordance with the telecommunications award act of 2020 and the fair work Australian national employment standards. /n
