/n About Eziway /n Australian-founded in 2007, Eziway is a growing salary packaging provider with nearly 120 people partnering with 500+ employer groups across every state. Our people aren't just employees — they're the reason we succeed. /n /n The Role /n Eziway Salary Packaging provides outsourced salary packaging services to FBT-exempt organisations including charities, public health, community and disability service providers. You'll manage a designated portfolio of clients — from doctors to aged care workers — as their primary point of contact for all things salary packaging, using our own in-house software.

It's a fast-paced, rewarding environment working alongside the frontline of Australia's health sector, on a rotating roster (8am, 9am and 10am starts). /n /n How You'll Work

/n Reporting into the team, you'll: /n /n

- Act as the primary point of contact for Eziway salary packaging clients

/n

- Answer incoming calls and assist with enquiries in line with our service offering

/n

- Process the salary packaging lifecycle — account creation, documentation and terminations

/n

- Use Eziway's software for data entry, client file updates and record accuracy

/n /n

Requirements/n

/n What You'll Own /n /n

- Client Portfolio — Own a designated set of client accounts, delivering a superior salary packaging experience end-to-end

/n

- Enquiry Handling — First point of contact for incoming calls and client queries

/n

- Lifecycle Processing — Account creation, documentation and terminations across the salary packaging cycle

/n

- Records & Data — Accurate data entry and file maintenance using Eziway's in-house software





/n /n /n What We're Looking For /n /n

- Salary packaging or novated lease experience highly regarded, not essential

/n

- Customer service experience with a genuine willingness to deliver superior service

/n

- High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills

/n

- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet KPIs

/n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

/n

- Proficient in Microsoft suite, comfortable picking up new systems

/n

- Typing speed of 40wpm with 95% accuracy

/n

- Availability for a rotating roster with 8am, 9am and 10am starts
