Service. /n Metroll Perth is seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team. /n As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, processing orders, preparing quotations, and providing product information and support. /n This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Australian manufacturing business that values teamwork, strong customer relationships, and continuous improvement. /n About Metroll /n For more than 40 years, Metroll Perth has been a trusted manufacturer and supplier of quality building products to the construction industry throughout Western Australia. Our reputation is built on quality products, reliable service, and strong customer relationships. /n About the Role /n Working closely with our Sales, Production, and Operations teams, you will help ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service from initial enquiry through to delivery. /n Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and provide practical solutions will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business success. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n

- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

/n

- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

/n

- Preparing quotations and following up on sales opportunities

/n

- Providing product information and technical guidance to customers

/n

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

/n

- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment

/n

- Resolving customer enquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner

/n





- Maintaining accurate customer records and administration

- Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or administration
