/n Reporting to a friendly and consultative manager who embraces teamwork, you will: /n /n

- Field calls from customers and process sales orders /n
- Create sales quotes and tenders for customers and Business Development Managers /n
- Support BDM’s, Sales Teams and Project Managers to grow customer accounts /n
- Provide product information to customers and follow-up on sales quotes /n
- Update customers on inventory supply & delivery timeframes /n




- Assist sales teams in researching customer accounts /n
- Manage back orders and inventory issues /n /n

Requirements/n Experienced at putting quotes together, you will have: /n /n

- Minimum 1-2 years Internal Sales Support/Customer Service experience /n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills /n
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills /n
- Exceptional customer service and internal account management skills /n
