We are a well-established Brisbane pest control business with over 30 years of experience and are looking for a confident, energetic and results-focused Customer Service Representative / Telemarketer to join our team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound calling, appointment setting, lead follow-up or customer service who enjoys talking to people and turning conversations into bookings.

About the Role

Telemarketing and outbound calling will be a major part of this position.

Your responsibilities will include

- Making outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Following up leads, enquiries and previous customers
- Promoting our pest control services
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable services
- Converting calls into bookings and sales opportunities
- Following up quotes and enquiries
- Handling customer objections professionally
- Building rapport and maintaining positive customer relationships
- Recording call outcomes and follow-up actions accurately
- Working towards agreed call, follow-up and booking targets
- Answering inbound customer calls
- Booking and coordinating technician appointments
- Preparing quotes, invoices and service documentation
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate customer records
- Supporting general day-to-day office operations

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls and enjoys speaking with customers.

You will ideally have

- Previous telemarketing, telesales or outbound calling experience
- Experience in appointment setting or lead generation
- Customer service experience
- A confident and professional telephone manner

- Confidence handling objections and customer questions
- A positive and persuasive communication style
- Strong follow-up skills and persistence

- Microsoft Office experience
- QuickBooks experience is advantageous
