? Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Super (pro rata for part-time, depending on experience)

We’re looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales & Logistics team in Malaga.

? What You’ll Be Doing

- Part of a small team, reporting to the Operations Manager
- Enter and manage customer purchase orders in our CRM system
- Prepare order acknowledgements, backorders & delivery documents
- Communicate with customers about order and backorder status
- Create invoices and email customers promptly
- Answer phone and email enquiries about sales, products and shipping
- Liaise with the warehouse to coordinate picking,



packing and dispatch
- Book local and international freight
- Provide general admin support to the Sales and Management teams

✅ What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support or admin
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
- Confident, friendly communication style with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and “manage up” to the management team
- A proactive, flexible and positive attitude, no task too big or small
- Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (an advantage)
