This is a varied casual role combining customer service, showroom and warehouse work. You'll spend much of your day helping walk-in customers choose tiles, bathroom ware and fittings, while also getting involved in stock movement and warehouse duties. Casual hours will vary and the availability to work on a Saturday (9am - 2pm) is a key requirement of the role.

- Ability to work casual shifts as required
- Confident, friendly customer service skills
- Practical, hands-on approach
- Good communication and judgement
- Reliability and a genuine willingness to be part of a small team
- Previous retail, customer service, trade, warehouse, or building products experience is advantageous
- Ability to read house plans/take-off measurements would be a bonus
- Current and valid forklift licence - advantageous
