Position: Customer Solution Architect – Dynamics 365 Field Service

[Must-have Skills]

- Solid client consulting & advisory skills.
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CE, including Field Service, Customer

Service & Customer Insights, for large-scale implementations. Hands-on Power

Platform experience: Governance, Security & low-code development.

- Professional architecture knowledge: CI/CD pipelines, integration, storage

optimization, archiving & reporting.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools & Copilot Studio for business-process

transformation.
- Public-sector work-safety clearance（NV1）
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
- Programming skills including .NET & JavaScript (for solution reviews).
- Ability to engage in conversations with senior stakeholders leading AI

transformation.

Client's Recommended Specifications
