We’re hiring a Data & Analytics Lead to join a rapid-growing D2C subscription business in Brisbane.

This isn’t a “sit quietly in a corner and build dashboards” kind of data role.

You’ll be right in the guts of the business, working with the founders, marketing, operations and warehouse teams to figure out what’s happening, why it’s happening and what we should actually do about it.

The business has built much of its own tech internally, including inventory systems, dashboards and order-flow tooling. Now it needs another technically strong human who can take genuine ownership.

What will you actually get your hands on?

Python SQL. Internal dashboards and reporting. Website performance. Shopify. GA4 and funnel instrumentation. A/B testing. Conversion. Order and system issues. Data validation. And plenty of problems nobody has written a neat Jira ticket for yet.

This is a young, founder-led scale-up, so personality matters.

We’re looking for someone curious, commercial and comfortable talking to humans outside the data/tech bubble.



Someone who’ll walk into the warehouse to understand a problem rather than analyse it from 12 tabs away.

You don’t need to come from a giant tech company. In fact, experience somewhere smaller where you’ve had to figure things out yourself is highly relevant. eCommerce, subscription, logistics or food experience would be a big plus.

You’ll probably love it here if you:

- Get weirdly excited when the numbers don’t add up.
- Can write code that actually makes it into production.
- Ask “why?” more than is socially reasonable.
- Want ownership, not layers of approval.
- Can explain data without making everyone else’s eyes glaze over.
- Like the energy, pace and occasional chaos that comes with a scaling business.
