/n The Role Arsenault is seeking an experienced Data Entry Operator part-time to be responsible for the productive, timely and accurate assessments and processing of data related to billing. /n Responsibilities /n /n
- Provide customer services response to internal and external customer queries regarding billing.
/n
- Assess available reporting data, service records/documents for accuracy of billing outcomes.
/n
- Analyse and assess customer specific circumstances relative to billing considerations.
/n
- Conduct high volumes of data processing.
/n /n Required /n /n
- Experience working with financial data entry, billing or accounts receivable
/n
- Ability to hit KPI's in a fast paced data processing environment.
/n
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control.
/n
- Highly developed verbal communication skills.
/n
- Excellent customer service skills.
