Cipher Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for a reliable, hardworking and proactive Cleaning Leading Hand to join our team.

This is a hands-on position. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting our cleaning teams while also working cleaning shifts and covering shifts when required.

Pay

Starting from $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Work regular cleaning shifts as required
- Cover cleaning shifts due to staff absence, leave or urgent requirements
- Work across day and night shifts
- Perform hands-on commercial cleaning
- Lead and support cleaners onsite
- Allocate tasks and monitor completion
- Conduct quality inspections and site checks
- Train and support cleaning staff
- Assist with periodic and specialised cleaning
- Communicate with clients, cleaners and the Operations team
- Monitor cleaning equipment, chemicals and consumables
- Complete basic reports and checklists
- Ensure WHS, SWMS and site procedures are followed
- Help resolve day-to-day site and staffing issues

Mandatory Requirements
- Current Australian Driver Licence – Mandatory
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check
- White Card




- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Flexible availability for day and night work
- Willingness to travel between different sites
- Positive communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and proactive
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Previous experience as a Leading Hand, Cleaning Supervisor or Senior Cleaner will be highly regarded.
