Campbelltown Dental Health is looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
This is a varied role combining dental assisting and reception, and would suit someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and is interested in developing a career within the dental industry.
Dental experience is not essential. We are happy to provide structured training and guidance to someone who demonstrates the right attitude, professionalism and enthusiasm to learn.
About You

Previous experience in dental assisting, healthcare, administration or customer service would be advantageous, but is not essential.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include
- Providing chairside assistance to our dentists during patient appointments
- Preparing treatment rooms and dental materials
- Cleaning and sterilising dental instruments
- Following infection prevention and control procedures
- Supporting the dentist and clinical team during treatment
- Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable
- Answering telephone enquiries and assisting with patient questions
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Processing payments and assisting with general administration
- Maintaining accurate patient information and records
- Assisting with stock control and general practice duties
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
