We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and results-driven Dental Practice Coordinator to become an important part of our dental practice.
This is more than a traditional reception role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, shows initiative and enjoys finding better ways of doing things. You’ll be confident working independently while being a supportive and positive member of the wider team.
As one of the first and last points of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, professional and seamless patient experience while keeping the front of house running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and professional experience for every patient
- Manage calls, enquiries, appointments and patient communications
- Coordinate the appointment book to support efficient and productive clinical schedules
- Proactively manage cancellations, short-notice appointments, recalls and patient follow-ups
- Build genuine rapport with patients and assist them throughout their treatment journey
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure clear communication and smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate and organised administrative processes
- Identify opportunities to improve front-of-house systems, workflows and patient experience
- Take ownership of implementing and maintaining agreed improvements
Experience Previous experience in dental reception, healthcare administration, practice coordination or a similar customer-focused role would be highly regarded.
Dental for Windows experience is preferred but not essential - we are happy to train the right candidate.
