TASCO Petroleum is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Depot Operations Officer to support the efficient day-to-day operation of our depot. This is a diverse role combining administration, customer service, logistics coordination, stock control, and operational support.

Working closely with the Depot Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive outstanding service while supporting safe and efficient depot operations.

About the Role

As the Depot Operations Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Processing customer orders and enquiries accurately and efficiently
- Coordinating fuel deliveries and scheduling logistics activities
- Preparing invoices, reconciliations, banking, and operational reports
- Maintaining customer records and depot operational systems
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
- Managing depot administration and quality assurance documentation
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Supporting a safe and compliant workplace in accordance with company policies and industry requirements

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Essential Requirements

- Minimum two years' experience in an administration, customer service, logistics, or operational support role
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications




- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current Australian Driver Licence

Desirable Experience

- Experience within fuel, transport, logistics, warehousing, or depot operations
- Delivery scheduling and logistics coordination experience
- Knowledge of fuel products, lubricants, or inventory management systems
- Understanding of Dangerous Goods requirements

- Relevant administration, transport, logistics, or business qualification
- Current HR Licence
- Forklift Licence
