About the Role

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Lead with the Principal to deliver a shared vision: Support the Principal in leading the SEP/ECDP community to develop and implement a shared vision focused on high-quality learning, inclusion and outcomes for every student, while deputising for the Principal when required.

Promote ethical, inclusive and high-expectation leadership:



Model values-based and ethical leadership, embed socially just and inclusive practices, and maintain high expectations for student learning, wellbeing and staff performance.

Drive skilled growth and continuous improvement: Foster a culture of lifelong learning, professional development, innovation and reflective practice, ensuring teaching and support practices are responsive to the diverse needs of students with disability.

Build strong partnerships and strategic connections: Develop effective partnerships with families, government agencies, community organisations, industry and other stakeholders to strengthen student outcomes, inclusion and engagement.

Lead strategically and manage resources effectively: Apply relevant legislation, policies and procedures, particularly those relating to students with disability, while strategically managing human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve SEP/ECDP priorities and goals.
