The Opportunity As Design Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the design management function, coordinating consultants, managing design deliverables and ensuring documentation remains accurate, current and aligned with the construction program.

You’ll be embedded within the project team, working closely with Project Managers, Project Administrators and Site Engineers, with ongoing support and mentoring from the Design Manager.

You will:

- Coordinate consultants and design deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Support design development, coordination and quality control
- Track design documentation and ensure timely issue of information
- Work with project teams to resolve design and documentation issues




- Assist with planning approvals, building approvals and compliance
- Maintain effective document control across project platforms
- Contribute to projects from tender award through to practical completion

What You’ll Bring

- Degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- 5 years' Australian construction industry experience
- 2 years' experience in a design coordination role
- Experience across retail, industrial, manufacturing or education projects
- Working knowledge of DA, SSDA, CDC and NCC requirements
- Experience with Procore and/or Aconex
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Revizto
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit
