We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Desktop Technical Support Officer who will possess the following experience:
Essential experience:
- Proven experience in a Service Desk environment resolving level 1 & 2 issues
- Deployment of laptops - reimaging.
- Working in a large enterprise environment supporting customers over the phone
- Positive troubleshooting and problem solving experience across the Microsoft technology stack
- A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;
Technologies:
- Windows XP/7/8/10
- Active Directory - account administration
- Patching / basic cisco skills
- Microsoft Office2003-2010;
- SCCM
- Intune
- MS Exchange;
- MS Systems Centre;
- Hardware, Printers and peripherals.
- DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
