We specialise in Dewatering, Water Treatment and Trench Shoring solutions for civil, infrastructure and construction projects.

Due to continued growth in WA, we are looking for experienced, hands-on people to join our Maddington team across three key positions:

? Dewatering Technician

? Dewatering Supervisor

? Water Treatment Technician

? DEWATERING TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a hands-on and motivated Dewatering Technician to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and removal of wellpoint dewatering systems.
- Daily maintenance and operational checks of pumps and dewatering systems.
- Set up and commissioning of pumps, generators and water treatment units.
- Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
- Assisting with equipment and personnel mobilisation.
- Working with customers and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Maintaining safe work practices and site standards.

Skills & Experience
- 1–3+ years' experience in dewatering operations.
- Experience with wellpoint systems, deep well systems and pumps .
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and develop specialised skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current C Class driver's licence .
- Forklift and excavator tickets desirable.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site environments.

? DEWATERING SUPERVISOR Are you an experienced Dewatering Technician ready to take the next step?

We are looking for a Dewatering Supervisor to lead our site teams and help deliver safe, efficient and successful dewatering projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead Dewatering Technicians.
- Installation and removal of wellpoint dewatering systems.




- Set up and commission pumps, generators and water treatment units.
- Conduct daily maintenance and operational checks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve dewatering system issues.
- Coordinate equipment and personnel for site mobilisation.
- Liaise with customers, contractors and site teams.
- Ensure work is completed safely and to required standards.

Skills & Experience
- 2–5+ years' dewatering experience .
- Strong experience with wellpoint systems, deep wells and pumps.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience .
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Current C Class driver's licence .
- Forklift and excavator tickets desirable.
- Ability to lead from the front and work effectively under pressure.

? WATER TREATMENT TECHNICIAN We're also looking for an experienced Water Treatment Technician to join our WA team.

This is a hands-on technical role working across civil construction projects, involving the operation, maintenance and monitoring of water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and operate water treatment plants.
- Carry out maintenance, troubleshooting and fault finding.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct field and laboratory sampling and testing.
- Interpret testing data and assist with reporting.
- Calibrate probes, analysers and monitoring instruments.
- Attend emergency call-outs when required.
- Complete weekly client reporting and OHS documentation.
- Work closely with clients, site teams and GSS personnel.

Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years' experience in Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment,



Desalination or a similar role.
- Experience operating and maintaining water treatment equipment.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to safely handle chemicals.
- Experience with sampling, testing and interpreting data.
- Experience with calibration of probes and instruments.
- Strong customer service ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Word .
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments and meet deadlines.
- Current C Class driver's licence .
