Nourish Nutrition Services is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Dietitian to join our team in the Toowoomba region.

This is a flexible casual position with the opportunity to build a caseload around your availability. The role will initially have a strong paediatric focus, particularly supporting children with feeding difficulties, food selectivity and disability through our play-based feeding therapy approach.

You’ll work with children and families across a range of settings, which may include homes, early learning centres, schools and community environments.

About the role

Your caseload will primarily include paediatric clients, with opportunities to:

- Deliver fun, child-led play-based feeding therapy
- Support children with food selectivity, sensory differences and feeding difficulties
- Work with children with Autism, ADHD and developmental differences
- Complete nutrition assessments and develop practical, family-centred strategies
- Collaborate with parents, educators, support workers and other allied health professionals
- Provide services within the NDIS and private practice setting
- Develop your caseload into other areas of dietetics that interest you

We want our dietitians to have the opportunity to develop their own professional interests. While paediatrics will form the foundation of this position, there is scope to expand into areas such as disability, chronic disease, gastrointestinal nutrition, women's health, aged care, eating disorders or other areas aligned with your interests and experience.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is warm, engaging and genuinely enjoys working with children and families.

You will need to

- Hold (or be eligible for) Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Be comfortable working independently in community settings
- Be creative and willing to make nutrition therapy engaging and practical
- Hold or be willing to obtain relevant working-with-children and NDIS screening requirements
- Have a reliable car and driver's licence, as travel throughout the Toowoomba region will be required

New graduate dietitians are very welcome to apply. Previous paediatric or feeding therapy experience is advantageous but not essential.
