What you'll be doing

Practising and promoting safe, efficient and effective Inpatient, Outpatient/Community care that reflects current standards of Nutrition and Dietetics practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures. Contribute to service development by identifying, leading and evaluating quality improvement projects and providing professional oversight to junior staff.

About You

You are an accomplished and client-focused Dietitian with recognised qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics and eligibility for full membership with Dietitians Australia. Bringing extensive experience across healthcare settings, you have developed advanced clinical skills in nutritional assessment, intervention, and management, supporting individuals with diverse and often complex health needs to achieve optimal nutrition and wellbeing outcomes.

You are passionate about delivering evidence-based, person-centred care and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop, coordinate, and evaluate comprehensive care plans that support positive patient outcomes. Your ability to integrate clinical expertise with a holistic approach allows you to provide tailored nutrition support that aligns with each individual's health goals and treatment needs.

A strong communicator and natural leader, you build effective relationships with patients,



families, carers, and healthcare professionals, providing education, guidance, and support that encourages informed decision-making and positive health behaviours. Your well-developed interpersonal skills enable you to contribute positively to team culture, support service initiatives, and advocate for best-practice nutrition care.

Committed to professional excellence, you actively engage in quality improvement activities and utilise current research to inform clinical practice and enhance service delivery. Adaptable, organised, and driven by continuous improvement, you consistently strive to achieve the highest standards of care. With a current NSW Driver Licence and the flexibility to travel as required, you are committed to providing accessible, high-quality dietetic services across a range of healthcare environments.
