This is a unique opportunity for a technically minded Digital Learning Developer to join our Education & Learning team.

Working closely with learning designers, content specialists and stakeholders, you'll transform learning materials into engaging digital experiences using learning technologies, authoring tools, multimedia and learning platforms.

Rather than creating the educational content itself, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing and publishing high-quality digital learning solutions that enhance the learner experience.

Key responsibilities include: Designing, developing and maintaining engaging digital learning experiences Building online courses, learning activities, assessments and interactive learning resources using the Evolve Authoring Tool Managing, publishing and maintaining learning content within the D2L learning platform Applying principles of user experience, accessibility and digital learning design to create intuitive learner journeys Producing and editing multimedia assets including video,



graphics and interactive components Conducting testing and quality assurance activities to ensure a seamless learner experience Collaborating with content specialists and stakeholders to translate learning requirements into digital solutions Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying opportunities to improve learning systems and processes ABOUT YOU

You're a proactive, organised and detail-oriented digital content professional who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and solving problems.

You will bring: Experience using learning authoring tools, ideally Evolve Experience working with Learning Management Systems, ideally D2L Strong technical and problem-solving skills Experience developing digital learning experiences, interactive resources or eLearning solutions An eye for design, usability and learner engagement The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment ABOUT US
