About the role The Director Administration Services RBWH will report to the Executive Director RBWH and will assume the responsibility of strategic leadership and management of Administrative Services for the hospital and is a member of the RBWH Executive.

About you

- Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Support the Managers of Administration Services in each service line and across the organisation, in professionally supervising administrative staff employed within RBWH.
- Ensuring adequate resources to allow administrative staff to perform their duties at the highest level congruent with organisational goals
- Forge strong links with other managers and directors within the organisation (Including the clinical, medical, allied health and operational divisions) to actively contribute in managing issues facing the RBWH
- Represent the RBWH on community and State-wide committees relevant to Administration functions.
- Support RBWH Managers in the negotiation and liaison with the relevant Administrative Industrial Unions regarding workplace conditions and staff concerns to ensure appropriate outcomes.
