Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care |Melbourne Bayside An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Facility Manager to lead an established residential aged care service in Melbourne’s Bayside.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced aged care professional who enjoys leading teams, strengthening clinical standards, solving complex challenges and driving meaningful improvement.

Working closely with the CEO and Board, you will have genuine autonomy and influence across the service, with the opportunity to make a tangible difference to residents, staff and overall service performance.

What’s on offer

- $155K–$165K + Super + Salary Packaging
- Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, with flexibility
- Regular exposure to CEO, Board and Clinical Governance
- 2 x full-time Care Managers supporting the service

About you We are looking for a senior residential aged care leader with the experience and confidence to take ownership of a service and lead it through continued improvement.

You will ideally have:

- Extensive residential aged care experience
- Previous Facility Manager, Director of Care, Director of Nursing or equivalent senior leadership experience
- Proven experience independently managing an aged care service
- Strong clinical governance and regulatory knowledge
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through change and improvement
- Strong AN-ACC knowledge
- Experience working with senior executives and Board stakeholders
- A calm, steady and highly visible leadership style
- Strong people leadership and communication skills
- A genuine ability to coach, develop and bring teams with you
