As Director of Nursing / Facility Manager, you'll play a vital role in shaping safe, high-quality healthcare for a rural community. From guiding service delivery and supporting multidisciplinary teams to strengthening partnerships and driving continuous improvement, you'll help create positive outcomes for patients, residents, families and staff every day.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

- Leading a high-performing team to deliver safe, person-centred care across health and aged care services.
- Strengthening clinical governance, quality and risk systems that improve outcomes and support service excellence.
- Building trusted relationships with staff, community members and key stakeholders to address local healthcare needs.
- Managing resources, workforce planning and operational priorities to ensure sustainable, efficient services.

You're an experienced and values-driven leader who combines strategic thinking with genuine care for people. You lead with compassion, integrity and courage, bring others along through change, and create environments where teams feel supported to deliver their best. You'll take pride in building services that are safe, responsive and community-focused,



knowing your leadership helps improve the health and wellbeing of rural communities.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams within complex healthcare environments.
- Strong capability in clinical governance, quality improvement, financial management and workforce leadership.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and change management skills.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in nursing, aged care, health administration or management and/or experience leading services across rural, remote or aged care settings.

Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage while creating lasting outcomes for the people and communities we serve.
