About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support based on each individual's goals, needs and support plans. Your role may include supporting people with:

- Everyday living and independence
- Personal care and daily routines
- Community access and participation
- Social connection and recreational activities
- Individual goals and skill development
- Behavioural, physical and social support needs

We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a variety of shifts available across weekdays, evenings, weekends and sleepovers. Shifts may be up to eight hours. Reliability is particularly important to us. The people we support rely on our services,



so being committed to your agreed roster and arriving ready to provide quality support is essential.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), equivalent or higher is desirable
- Currently studying? We encourage you to apply
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to meet the screening and compliance requirements of the role

We will arrange and pay for:
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Driver History Check
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Support with required medication training
