What You’ll Do

As a Support Worker with MSMW, you will provide person-centered care tailored to individual client needs. Your day-to-day will involve:

- Delivering high-quality support to clients with complex needs.
- Assisting with personal care,



meal preparation, daily living activities, and community access.
- Empowering clients to grow their independence and confidence.
- Managing behaviours of concern with professionalism, patience, and heart.
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and communicating effectively with families and care teams.

What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in disability support.
- Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Skills: A strong understanding of behaviour support plans, a calm demeanour, and exceptional communication skills.

Certifications & Compliance:

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & National Police Check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Medication Assistance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s License and a reliable, insured vehicle
