Are you passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life? We are seeking a female Disability Support Worker to join us and provide support to a lovely young lady with activities such as:

- Cleaning her house
- Assisting with some basic home chores in the outdoor area
- Picking up groceries and assisting with shopping
- Assistance to attend appointments
- Community access

Hours of support:

Monday 11 am to 4 pm

Wednesday 11 am to 4 pm

Thursday 11 am to 4 pm

Saturday 9 am to 11 pm
