Job Title: Disability Support Worker-NDIS Provider-Pakenham, VIC

Our team of 80+ staff includes counsellors, psychologists, employment coaches, disability support workers, and cleaners, all committed to bringing happiness and independence into the lives of our clients.We are currently hiring an experienced NDIS Support Worker / Disability Support Worker in Pakenham.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide one-on-one and group disability support with daily living activities
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
- Support community access, social outings, and community engagement
- Deliver in-home care and support for individuals with mental health conditions
- Advocate for the rights, dignity, and wellbeing of NDIS participants
- Build genuine, trust-based relationships in a person-centred support environment

Requirements

- Eligibility to work in Australia




- Experience supporting clients with mental health conditions or disability
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services (preferred)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
