DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED – SIL

Enaeline Support Services is currently looking for experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in the South West, including Bunbury. We are seeking reliable, compassionate and professional support workers for day and overnight shifts, with opportunities for regular and ongoing work.

We are particularly interested in support workers with experience and/or training in:

- Dementia
- Down Syndrome
- Epilepsy
- Huntington’s Disease
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Intellectual Disability
- Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)
- Cerebral Palsy
- Mental Health Conditions
- Complex support needs

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have a minimum of 6-12 months’ experience working in disability support and hold:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working With Children Check (WWC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Manual Handling training
- Medication Management training
- Current Driver’s Licence

✔️ Previous SIL or complex support experience highly regarded

✔️ Robust communication and documentation skills

✔️ Commitment to participant choice, dignity, independence and community participation

✔️ Availability for day and/or overnight shifts

✔️ Professional approach and strong work ethic
