Complete Care Team aims to provide a holistic, wellness focused model of attendant care for people with various support needs. Our highly respected company was established in 1999 to provide quality home based, person-centred services that emphasise client autonomy in decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

Our client requests experienced support workers in the Wollongong area to assist to achieve goals, maximise potential for independence and live his best life within the community.

We are looking for a support worker who is available Monday to Friday for 2–3 hour shifts in the early morning and evening, with the flexibility to pick up additional shifts as required.

Duties may include however are not limited to:

- Personal care assistance
- Light domestic duties
- Support meal preparation




- Planning for weekly/monthly appointments
- Reviewing home exercise programs (Gym, OT, Physio)
- Supporting attendance at appointments

Essential criteria:

- Minimum 1 year experience
- NDIS Worker screening check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- National Police Check
- Driver Licence
- Registered and insured car
- Working rights in Australia

Preferred but not essential:

- Experience working with participants with a Brain Injury preferred
